Work Experience

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER, Thrive TRM · Remote (Sept 2022 – Oct 2026)

  • One of two lead designers on the ground-up rebuild of Thrive’s recruiting app, owning “Projects,” the multi-step search workflow (strategy, candidate sourcing, kanban pipeline) at the center of the product

  • Defined the information architecture for candidate data, deciding what lives on kanban cards versus the side profile panel

  • Designed a client portal giving hiring teams a contextual view of the same Project, prioritizing the actions that matter to them: candidate thumbs up/down, scorecards, and search progress

  • Led design of Work Overlap with a PM, reducing the time recruiters and researchers spend finding potential references

  • Redesigned Org Charts from a card-based index into true top-to-bottom hierarchy charts, and separated it from the Pipelines feature it had become entangled with, linking the two through contextual CTAs

  • Ran a full UI/UX audit and led user journey mapping workshops early in the rebuild to surface pain points and align strategy; introduced a feature-checklist process to help internal teams align on gaps

  • Maintained and extended the shared component library

  • Shipped a migration feature gap every week for three months, enabling the move of 250+ clients to the new app

PRODUCT DESIGNER, Distru · Remote (Nov 2021 – June 2022)

  • Lead designer on feature initiatives including the Live Sales Menu, Dynamic BOMs, Tasks, and a self-guided onboarding flow

  • Audited the product to produce a sitemap and component inventory, then co-owned and maintained the shared component library with engineers

  • Sat in on client onboarding calls and worked with Customer Success to map the flow and information hierarchy for self-serve onboarding

  • Consolidated duplicated UI components across features and prioritized feature requests using an impact/complexity matrix

PRODUCT DESIGNER, Greenslate · New York, NY (Fall 2017 – Winter 2021)

  • Reorganized the application sitemap, separating company-level and project-level features with clearer navigation and breadcrumbs

  • Owned web application features and developed the design pattern library

  • Designed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for iterative validation; facilitated user research and usability testing workshops
